We saved the Laguna Grande Bio Bay kayaking tour through Kayaking Puerto Rico for the last night of our Puerto Rico trip. We'd already had a great time in Old San Juan, hiking in El Yunque, and snorkeling off of Icacos, so the bar was set pretty high. This adventure did not disappoint. Very impersonal and inhospitable. They refuse to answer their phone so keep calling until you get a live person. As well, very disorganized as they continued to book us on other excursions rather than the one we asked for. more

There arent many places in the world where you can see such a great phenomenon.
