We took this tour on Dec 26/08 and were extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Both our guide and driver were friendly,helpful and an enormous wealth of information about the city. This is definitely the way to see the city. more

We did the 51/2 day one. Do this tour early in your trip! Really helps with getting to know the city and its history. We had a lovely tour guide...joel i think, a real new yorker and knew so much. Worth the money and great way to see a lot in one day without getting tired! more

Ron is very rude. We called early to book this tour so he told us to go to the onboard tour meeting place 30minutes early.
