Amazing! This exhibit can only be described in one word! Sure there are enough artifacts to fill an entire warehouse but this exhibit allows you to be in a more intimate setting allowing you the opportunity to connect with each piece! A must see! more

i had my first visit to this museum today. gary marlon suson really got it right. as the official photographer for the 9/11 recovery he set up this small but powerful museum of very moving photos and actual remnants from the site. if you want to experience the emotion behind the recovery efforts then this is where you want to... more

My two children were too young to understand the magnitude of this tragedy when it happened. I wanted them to understand the immense impact it had on so many lives, and the museum did just that. What I was so impressed by was the way it was presented. It was very informative, respectful, emotional and enjoyable. Even though emotions ran... more

I recently visited the Ground Zero Museum and can say that the emotions evoked from the experience will remain with me for a long time to come. I have a much better understanding of the event and the sacrifices made by those who where involved and who experienced first hand the aftermath of this despicable terrorist crime. While this is... more

We just returned from N.Y.C. We bought tickets for the Ground Zero Museum Workshop based on recommendations from other trip advisor members. All I can say is, Wow! Very moving experience. The museum itself is only one room. As you enter you think, "How on earth is this going to take 2 hours?" Amazingly enough we just barely finished seeing... more

My partner and I were on our first visit to New York from Northumberland, England and I had read reviews about this museum just before we left for our holiday so we decided we would go. We just turned up on the day and although it is not advisable to do this, best to book in advance, they very kindly... more

My husband and I followed the recommendation of trip advisor and visited the museum this past weekend. It was the highlight of our trip. It is amazing how much is in such a small room. We really enjoyed listening to the narration of each photo. Photography is my hobby and I could have stayed another hour easily. It is a... more

My husband and I went to the Ground Zero Museum Workshop yesterday and highly recommend it. Although it is not what usually comes to mind when you think of a museum- it is just one room- but, it is loaded with incredible photographs and artifacts from Ground Zero. Our tour was small with only 8 people which was nice as... more

As we live on the other side of the world I was unsure how this museum would effect me as I had already visited ground zero? I was moved almost to tears, by the wonderful pictures & great side stories on the audio commentary. What I found amazing though is how so many rescuers are now sick or dying from... more

A few nice pictures, but $25 is too much for a tiny room. The museum is a private house studio settled up as exibition. Very expensive and too much talks about the owner, Gary Suson, instead of the 9/11. more
